Michael Hanke dbebbbe2ae [DATALAD RUNCMD] Repackage DICOMs into a ZIP file ...

This change aims t mimic the storage of the DICOMs at the Aachen BIF
archive system.

It is unknown at this point how the filenaming inside those ZIP files
is. However, it should not matter much.
